Location is in the centre of Grangetown (CF11 7LX) & 15-20 minute walk into town. Tesco is also close by & Cardiff bay retail park & some local shops on Penarth Road.
About me: I work as an Architect and have lived here for around 5 years. I currently have 1 lodger - My friend Ryan who works in insurance.
Ideally looking for a young professional who is clean & considerate. Its quite a quiet house if that's what you're looking for :)
