Hi everyone!
My housemate and I are looking for someone to take over the third room in our flat as our current housemate is moving abroad. It’s located in the Pontacanna/ Canton area, rent is £415pm without bills, with bills it comes to around £550-£600. The room is available from April- end of August without possibility to extend the tenancy.
I work full time in the office and Tom works part time. We like spending time together so would be looking for someone that also likes a pub quiz and a film night.
