Looking for a new housemate to replace 2nd tenant

I am looking for a new housemate to replace my housemate who is moving out at the end of our tenancy on the 17th of February 2026. As I am keen to stay put in the same property, I am looking to replace her and enter into a tenancy agreement with a new housemate from the 18th of February.

I am looking for someone who wishes to stay long term and who would be happy to enter into a tenancy agreement with myself. I am a professional working in Cardiff and I have lived in shared properties for over 12 years.

I have lived in this property for 3 years and it's a lovely house, which is why I don't want to move.
