I’m looking for someone to replace my current flatmate in this two-bedroom house from 8 March 2026, ideally suited to a working professional.
The double room has its own private bathroom. You’ll be sharing the house with one other professional in a relaxed and respectful household. The house includes a shared living area, kitchen, and a garden, making it a comfortable place to call home.
The room will come furnished with a double bed and mattress. All other furniture and decor (photos etc) will be leaving with the current flatmate so you’ll be able to dress the room up however you like!
The tenancy is for 12 months.
Details:
• Rent: £500 per month
• Deposit: £500
• Bills: Approximately £180 per month (each)
