The house is going through some light renovation — mainly the entrance room still being finished — but the living spaces and bedrooms are clean, warm, and fully set up. Two of the other rooms are used for Airbnb, we're a Five Star Superhost in Llandaff North, so you’ll meet new people from time to time. The rent is set lower than average to reflect this and the ongoing improvement work. If you’re looking for a relaxed, respectful place to live rather than a show home, this could be a great fit.

You’ll have access to a clean kitchen, living area, bathroom, and spare loo. I keep the place tidy and well‑maintained, and I appreciate someone who does the same. The interior is already in great shape, and the unfinished entrance room doesn’t affect day‑to‑day living.
