Double room in all female family home

Lovely, clean room available in my family home. It’s just me and my daughter (14 years of age). We also have a female Burmese cat, who is very friendly and dog-like.

The house is in a nice residential area and there are shops nearby. The main bus route into the city centre is a five minute walk away. There is plenty of on street parking. The neighbours are lovely.

There is a nice, sunny garden with patio furniture.

There is a downstairs toilet and a family bathroom (bath and shower) upstairs. The kitchen is well equipped.

The lounge/dining room is a good size and there’s a log burner.

The bedroom is in the process of being decorated but it’s a good size doubled room with a small double bed, a single wardrobe and a chest of drawers. There’s room for a desk if needed.
