Double En-Suite Bedroom in Friendly Houseshare!

Looking for a quiet, friendly roommate to take over a double bedroom available in our spacious 3 bed house.

The bedroom is situated on the second floor and has an en-suite so you'll have a bathroom all to yourself! There is a built in wardrobe and will include a double duvan bedframe, large chest of drawers, mirror and stool. The room is the largest in the house so there should be extra space for your own furniture too.

The house has a large kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a living room with TV, a study room as well as a single bedroom which we use for friends when they visit.

You'll be sharing with two female NHS professionals (age 28 - 32) who do a mix of day and night shifts so we'd ideally be looking for someone like-minded and will be respectful of noise in the house. We like to treat this place as a home and are looking for someone who will help keep it clean and tidy. We're both fairly new to the house and super chilled, enjoying meals together in front of the TV as well as time to ourselves.

There are 3 parking spaces available for us with a garage. Situated in a quiet estate close to the local supermarkets with easy access to the A470 and M4. It's an ideal location for anyone working at UHW or the surrounding area.

The rent is £522 with council tax approx £77 a month. All other bills (internet, gas, elec and water) are sorted monthly. The room will be available from the 14th March.
