Newly Graduate Structural Engineer, looking for a friendly roommate for my apartment on Whitchurch Rd.

The property has large double bedrooms furnished with beds and wardrobes, a fully fitted kitchen, washing machine, tumble dryer, a very large shared living room and lovely, high ceilings. Easily accessible to the City Centre by a short bus ride, and a five minute walk from UHW. Bills, including Wi-Fi and council tax are included.

The apartment is in a prime location with dozens of nearby restaurants, takeaways and bars, only a few minutes walk from Maindy Leisure centre and situated within walking distance from both Bute and Roath park.

I am looking ideally for young professionals or mature students.

I am friendly and active person, with a love of music and fitness and my flatmate Deepthi is a wonderful and tidy person (and excellent baker).
