Quiet terraced two bedroom house

Located in Llanederyn area, the house offers a quiet experience away from the city. The house includes- a main bathroom, downstairs toilet, dining room, kitchen, living room, small back garden and garage. The room itself is spacious with a small double sized bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers and wardrobe. The kitchen, is fully equipped with a hob, oven , fridge/freezer, washing machine. There’s also on street parking

I’m the only other housemate, a 19 year old female student from Cardiff University, I like my own space and respect others’s space. I don’t smoke or vape. I’m tolerant to animals and have no allergies

The house is a 10 minute drive away from the city centre and an easy access to the M4. There’s a bus stop located a 2 minute walk away for the 57/58 bus towards the city centre
