Quiet terraced two bedroom house

Located in Llanederyn area, the house offers a quiet experience away from the city. The house includes- a main bathroom, downstairs toilet, dining room, kitchen, living room, small back garden and garage. The room itself is spacious with a small double sized bed, desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The kitchen, is fully equipped with a hob, oven , fridge/freezer, washing machine. There’s also on street parking

I’m the only other housemate, a 19 year old female student from Cardiff University, I like my own space and respect others’s space. I don’t smoke or vape. I’m tolerant to animals and have no allergies

The house is a 10 minute drive away from the city centre and an easy access to the M4. There’s a bus stop located a 2 minute walk away for the 57/58 bus towards the city centre

Rent includes electricity, gas, water, TV license and broadband.

Council tax is not included. If you have proof of student council tax exemption then there is none to pay. If are not a student or don’t have proof of student exemption, then I become liable for council tax, so I will be adding £75 pcm to the rent to partially cover the additional cost to me.
