Friendly flatmate wanted – unfurnished double room

I have a moderate sized double room available in a clean and tidy 2-bedroom flat. The room doesn’t currently have a bed, so it’s best suited to someone who already has one. A desk and other furnishings can be provided if needed. There’s also a storage closet in the corridor just outside the room.

The flat has a large shared bathroom and a spacious open-plan living room and kitchen with sofa, armchair, TV, dining table etc. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’d need. The flat is relatively quiet, backing onto allotments, and there’s a convenience shop below. There’s a small balcony at the front and a larger balcony attached to my bedroom overlooking the allotments, which I’m happy to allow access to in summer. The flat is on the first floor so there are stairs to reach the front door.

Street parking is pretty good, no permits. The flat has good access to the A470/A48/M4. There are two bus stops nearby (21/23 and 27), and train stations in Rhiwbina and Birchgrove. High streets in Birchgrove, Rhiwbina, and Whitchurch are all within walking distance, and it’s not too far to the top of Whitchurch Road. Room inside to lock up a bike in communal area.

I’m a laid-back respectful outdoorsy person who also enjoys a relaxed home life. On the weekends I love to get out hiking and wild camping. I also enjoy board games, exploring new places, going to shows, and dabbling in some crafts!

Utilities, council tax, broadband etc. all included in bills.
