Bills are reviewed in line with supplier price changes and may be adjusted if overall household usage becomes significantly higher than expected.

Located in Splott, on a quite street with lovely neighbours. Very close to the city centre with good transport links and local amenities nearby. There is always on-street parking available (no residents permit).
