Hey im Jack, im 31 , a plasterer "builder" im clean and tidy , easy going , im either working or finding something to do. But im also happy to chill, normally in the kitchen as I love to cook.

Im single with no pets "would love a dog but not alowed" 😅 . Reason for putting the add up is its an expensive place to live, on your own , so just putting the feels out.

Theres a spare room going , so why not rent it out. 🤷🏽

As long as the place stays clean , apart from that literally, everything you need is 1mins walk. Asda, pure gym, leasure centre, bus's etc . £2.50 into town .

Again happy to chill and do my own thing, but also not shy to go out and have a laugh
