Bills are managed via the Tricount app (split between housemates – e. g. WiFi, gas & electric)
The housemates are chill and mostly keep to themselves, but we do have a WhatsApp group chat for anything important. Everyone is a full-time working professional, so the place is quiet and respectful. This would suit someone who is also a full-time professional.
Looking for someone to:
Cover April, and potentially take over a 12-month contract from 1st May.
Happy to arrange a viewing or answer any questions.
