Double room available in this stunning apartment in Llanishen. This is a 2 bed property and you would be living with myself. I'm looking for someone trustworthy and reliable. I want to live with someone who I get on well with and hopefully have some similar interests, no party animals. Happy to socialise but also someone who respects personal space. Ideally not someone who works from home full time. I work away a lot so you would have the place to yourself often. I'm a very clean and tidy person and expect the same in return. I have an en suite so the main bathroom is primarily yours. 5 min walk to Ty Glas and Birchgrove train stations, short walk to Morrisons, B&M and the retail park (tk maxx, JD gym, M&S etc)
