Tilda - 26 - tenant. Works from home, enjoys a frequent trip to the pub and also to the local coffee shops.
About you:
I'm looking for someone who wants a nice place to live and plays their role in keeping it neat and tidy. Ideally, it would be great to live with someone who enjoys a trip to the pub from time to time!
Transport Links:
There is a parking permit available with the house along with plenty of free parking. The nearest bus stop is a one-minute walk. Personally I find I can walk everywhere needed, with a 25 min walk to the town centre through the park.
Local Amenities:
In the heart of Pontcanna, within 2 mins walk of coffee shops and local stores.
Halfway Pub - 1 minute walk.
Conway Pub - 1 minute walk
