Room to rent

The room is very large with a bay window and is carpeted. The room does not come furnished however the rest of the house such as the lounge has furnishings and all the white goods in the kitchen come included. I can also leave clothes rails if needed :)

The house is has 4 bedrooms with 2 extra rooms which aren't currently being used (offices). There are 2 bathrooms between 4 people and one of them also has a bath. There is also a garden with garden chairs and a barbecue.

The rent is £425 per month bills not included. Gas and electricity work out to be around £30per month. Council tax band E for non students. Water bill is paid bi annually.

The current contract is until the 16th of February 2027 with the option to extend. A lovely place to live with amazing roommates however I have decided to go travel hence why I'm leaving. There are 2 professionals and one student. Perfect location, less than 10 minute walk from town and the Cardiff Central.
