The house itself is modern, well-maintained, and fully furnished, with a spacious kitchen and a great bathroom & toilet. There’s also a private outdoor space (perfect for drying clothes or sitting outside in the sun when the weather allows!).

🏡 The household:
You’ll be living with 3 lovely, friendly girls in their 20s. It’s a really nice balance – we enjoy chatting, occasional board games, and spending time together, but everyone also respects each other’s space and independence. The house runs smoothly (no stress about chores, bins, etc.), and overall, it’s a very easy, comfortable place to live.

💬 About the landlord:
The landlord is genuinely great – very responsive, helpful, and quick to sort anything out. A weekly cleaner is also provided as part of the setup, which makes a big difference!

🪑 Furniture note:
The room comes with the essentials (bed + wardrobe). I may be open to leaving some additional furniture (desk, drawers, etc.) for a small extra cost if that’s of interest.
