I am looking for a flat mate to take over a room in my cosy flat about a 15 minute walk from the city centre!
The flat is nice and homely with a shared living room and kitchen, also patio doors in the living room which are lovely for summer!
The room is a double bedroom with an ensuite and the rent is £600 a month plus bills. (The bathroom picture attached is the ensuite so that would be just yours)
I am a 24 year old professional who loves socialising, tv nights, coffee trips so looking for someone similar!
Due to council tax purposes I can’t accept any students.
