Double Room + Private Extra Room

We’re looking for someone to rent two rooms together in our 4-bed house, available as a combined living/sleeping space. The house is in a great location — around a 25-minute walk from the city centre, with Lidl about 10 minutes away and a Co-op plus post office less than 5 minutes from the house. Moreland Park is just around the corner too, which is great for walks or relaxing outdoors.

We’re both artists, and one of us works from home, so the house has a creative and relaxed atmosphere. We’re sociable and friendly, and usually spend evenings watching films or TV together, but we also respect everyone’s space and downtime.

Bills and council tax are currently around £150 per month in total. The property is in Council Tax Band D.

We’d ideally like someone easygoing, considerate, and happy living in a social but relaxed home.
