The accommodation is located in the city centre, within less than 5 minutes’ walking distance to central areas, shops, restaurants, and public transport.

The flat has 4 bedrooms with very quiet and friendly female flatmates, sharing one kitchen. The environment is clean, peaceful, and suitable for studying and daily living.

The room is fully furnished and includes a private bathroom (ensuite). All bills are included in the rent.

The new tenant may be able to sign a new contract directly with the accommodation.
