Looking for someone to take over my booking

Looking for accommodation in Cardiff for the 2026/27 academic year? I’m looking for someone to take over my booking contract for a 1-bedroom studio in one of the best student accommodations in the city. I have booked it for next academic year, so have not moved in yet. It is a student-only let, so council tax is not payable.

The studio is located on the 14th floor with a beautiful view over Cardiff, overlooking Gorsedd Gardens and the National Museum of Cardiff, right in the city centre. It’s only around a 7-minute walk to the Students’ Union and the Centre for Student Life, making it incredibly convenient for Cardiff University students. There’s also a Tesco, Sainsbury's and Greggs nearby for everyday essentials.
