Hey, I’m looking for a friendly flatmate in a lovely apartment in Pontcanna.

This apartment will be available early July. My room mate is moving in with her partner soon, and her last day is 30 June but she may be leaving sooner. Please get in touch if you think it's suitable 🫶

Apartment info:

☕️ The apartment is situated just above Kin+Ilk café in Pontcanna. It comes with lots of natural light and is just 10 minutes away from the city centre. Bute park is also right outside your doorstep!

You will have full and sole access to the main bathroom. The apartment also has an elevator, 24/7 CCTV, and a telephone door system. There is also bicycle storage available too.

Council Tax Band: F

A dedicated parking spot can be available at an additional cost, however this is not currently included in the cost. Please let me know if you would like this, there is on-street parking available however it can be busy at times due to how central the location is.

The apartment also comes with a Washer/Dryer and you’ll have full access to appliances like the coffee machine, air fryer, printer, PlayStation 5, etc - basically, anything in the living room is shared. 😊

About me:

I’m Georgia, I work from home in the video games industry. I’m a bit of a nerd and I am also getting back into the gym. It would be awesome to find a room mate that I can share hobbies with and just generally get along well with! I have a strong preference for female flatmates.

I have a long distance partner who will sometimes stay for about a week every 4-6 months. This means, the person living with me would need to be alright with that. We are very respectful of personal space and can be out of the way if needed. Communication is everything and I will always give as much notice as possible for any visitors. 🫶

I also have a beautiful British Shorthair cat, 🐈 Mimi, but she is with my parents at the moment. The person who I am living with would need to be okay with pets. Mimi is a lovely cat and usually keeps out of the way. However, she can be anxious, meaning I am hesitant to accept someone with pets of their own. It would be amazing to live with someone who would be comfortable feeding her etc during my work trips!

For context on how much the bills cost: when these are split between two people they are usually somewhere between £260-£300 per person, per month. However, just to be clear, all bills are included within the total price as listed.
