Bedroom in 6 bed house with 6 people.

Looking for someone to take a room in our 6-bed house. It has a downstairs toilet and shower, a kitchen, a dining room/social area connected to the kitchen, and a living room with a TV; upstairs, a small bathroom and a big bathroom with a shower.

We're a very friendly household, and we all get along very well. We are very sociable with each other, often watching films together or playing Scrabble, but we're very respectful if people just want to chill out in their room. We are a very musical and arty household; 3 of us are in a band together; sometimes we do a little practice in the kitchen area, but it is never for more than a couple of hours and never late at night. We are also very mindful if anyone asks us to stop. We also have a spare room that we use as an art room, which has a large desk fit for 4 people to work from.
