Double Room in friendly house in Pontcanna

Hello

I am moving away, so we are looking for a new tenant to take over my room in this lovely house in Pontcanna.
You'll be sharing the house with 2 other friendly gals Beth and Maisie and a very sweet dog called Luna.

There are 2 bathrooms - one with a bath, the other with a shower, so sharing is never an issue.
We have a dining room, living room and garden, with lots of nice communal space. There is space in the living room for a desk, if you need to somewhere to wfh. And there is an upstairs attick room, which we use for storage/spare office space.

Ideally looking for another girl to join the house, must be good with dogs.

Rent is £616, bills vary during the year but come to around £150 each month (including council tax)
