Spare room available in a well-kept 3-bed house in Roath, shared with two healthcare professional. The house has a huge modern kitchen, a shared living room, a spare office room, and a garden. We're relaxed homebodies who enjoy cooking dinner, watching films, and keeping the place genuinely cosy , nights in over nights out. Bills and household essentials are all managed fairly through Splitwise so there's no awkwardness around money. We're looking for a someone who tidies up after themselves and doesn't mind pitching in with the odd cleaning job, but I'm happy to stay on top of most of it. Ideally you'd be a working professional who wants a calm, welcoming home to come back to.
