Hi, my name's Harriet and my partner and I are looking for a 3rd flatmate to move into our lovely 3 bed house. The location is great with good links to the number 9 bus and buses on North Road. The rent is £400 a month and bills are usually about £170 per month including council tax (Band E). Permit parking is available on our street.

We are a sociable and artsy couple who enjoy cooking together, watching good films, DND and boardgames but also a trip to the pub. We love to host movie nights and dinners and would love to involve our new flatmate in this too so bonus points if you have a killer dessert recipe!

We are looking for a sociable, clean and tidy person to move in. We would love to be able to hang out as a house but are also respectful of everyone's personal space. If you like good food, coffee and films then we'd love to hear from you.
