Double Room in Friendly House in Treganna

We have a lovely double room available in our spacious home in Canton from mid July 2026. The house has a large kitchen-diner, living room and a spare room we use as an office/yoga/craft 🧘‍♀️. There's also a small patio garden and washing line. There's a cycle hangar on the street with spots available to purchase and it is possible to purchase a parking permit. This is a fab location, with Chapter, Hard Lines, the Corp Yard and groceries just a short walk away.

Rent is £500 / month and bills are on average £170/month (includes Council Tax Band E). The landlord is friendly and responsive.

The house is currently shared by two women in their late 20s and early 30s. We're friendly young professionals who enjoy spending time together but also value our own space and independence.

We’re hoping to find someone who’ll be a good fit socially and values a respectful, friendly, considerate household. We’re a progressive, inclusive home and would especially love to hear from people who are open-minded, environmentally conscious, and community-minded.
