Hi, I am looking for someone to replace me in my contract as I am moving out after buying my first home.
The room is a large basement room with its own private toilet and sink (shared shower with one flatmate). The room is mainly unfurnished so you would need your own bed. There is a two seater sofa that I am happy to leave (for free) if wanted and a chaser of drawers included with the room. The flat is situated close to loads of local coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants and bars as well as being just a 2mins walk away from Llandaff fields. There is currently one parking space between the 3 flatmates which is shared on a month by month basis, with permit parking on the road. You would be living with two female housemates aged between 25 and 30 who both like to cook/bake/socialise with regular trips for a drink or two at any one of the many lovely bars/pubs nearby.

I am happy to discuss if you would like an earlier move in date however I would not be able to move out any later than the 18th July.
Bills on average come to £150pp per month and we share our responsibility for payment of these and then post on a shared Splitwise account to make sure it is split evenly every month. I currently pay the gas/electricity/wifi and we would ideally like the new flatmate coming in to take on responsibility for these.
