Double Room with En Suite for Rent in Shared House

Room for rent in a 4-bed shared house in Grangetown. We need someone in from 1st August to take over the tenancy, looking to book in viewings from the 22nd June.

The room is a small double bedroom with an en-suite, It’s furnished with a bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The house has a large kitchen, lounge / dining room, shared bathroom and downstairs toilet. We share bills (currently gas and electric, water, broadband and council tax) which comes to around £120 each per month.

The current housemates are Becca, Ellie and Ailsa. We work in a variety of professions, and we all split our time between the office and working from home. We are all friendly, open minded, outgoing people and there’s usually someone up for going for meals, walks, or beach trips - but we do also enjoy our downtime and alone time. We're all respectful of whatever we all feel like doing, be it socialisation or chilling in our rooms.

The house is in a nice area of Grangetown, with cafes, takeaways and shops nearby. We are about 20 minutes walk to Cardiff Bay and 20 minutes walk to the centre with the nearest bus stops nearby and a train station less than 10 minutes walk away. On street parking is available.

You will need to provide employer and landlord references to the letting agency who will do some pre-tenancy checks, and you’ll need to pay a £400 deposit.
