* 5-bedroom house
* Currently occupied by 2 girls and 1 boy, all in their 4th year at university
* Any gender welcome
* You do not need to be a student, but if you aren’t, please be aware that council tax arrangements will need to be considered

💰 Costs:

* Rent: £475 per month
* Bills package can be arranged with the current housemates and is expected to be under £100 per month
* Deposit has already been paid
* I will cover any tenancy name-change fees
* I am also willing to cover July’s rent
