Replacement Tenant Needed for Student House

Hi, I’m looking for a replacement tenant for my place at 96 Rhymney Street in Cathays for next year if anyone is interested!

Details are:
- Six other people will be living there, all guys. I lived with five of them for the last year without knowing them before and they’re all really nice and easy to get along with.
- The house is pretty relaxed and quiet but the guys do like to go out to the pub/play sports still. Everyone but one is going into third year at Cardiff Uni.
- There are three bathrooms and a large kitchen and dining area.
- Rent is £148.54 per week, all bills included.

If that sounds good It’d be ideal if you could come visit the house if you’re in the area but no worries if not possible, if you have any other questions just let me know. I’m looking to get this sorted pretty urgently, thanks 🙂
