Large loft room available for a lodger in my 2-bed house in Roath. The room is furnished to a high standard, but there is freedom to make it yours as well. I want you to feel that this is your home, not just a room.

Viewings are available and required, so we can meet and chat through any questions you have.

The house is a lovely property, with a shared kitchen/diner and lounge, a garden and a large family bathroom.

I am a 29 year old Christian primary school teacher, and looking for someone to join me in my house.

I have had 3 very successful lodger's over the past 2 years, and I am looking forward to the next one.
