A house in Splott

Hello, we are Simeon and Matt, two convivial former art students and now mature salarymen, living and working in this eclectic house in Splott.
The vibe is very informal, the house is cosy, has multiple communal areas; these include a dining room, a TV room, which includes a settee/fold out bed, a largely unused backroom which can be used as a work room, and a patio back garden which catches the sun.
Amenities include two toilets, with a shower and bath respectively, a washing machine, and a dishwasher.
Local amenities include Splott Park which is good for running, the STAR centre with its gym and swimming pool, and the various grocery stores and businesses on Splott Road and Carlisle Street itself.
We are looking for interested parties who are ideally open to signing on to a contract with us for at the remaining 11 months of our tenancy, which will last until May 2027, but other offers will be considered.
