Double Room Available in Rumney

A bright and spacious double room is available in my friendly, well-kept home in Rumney. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and bedside table, and overlooks the garden.

You'll have access to a recently renovated bathroom (shared with two other people), a comfortable living room with a large TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a garden. Most bills are included, but there may be a reduced rate council tax fee added on for working professionals, as one housemate is student exempt.

The house is in a great location with good transport links to Cardiff city centre and Newport. There are also local shops, supermarkets and bus routes within easy reach.

You'll be sharing with two friendly young professional females and my two affectionate cats, so I'm ideally looking for another female housemate who enjoys a clean, relaxed home. I may consider the right male applicant.
