I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Vita Student Park Place, one of Cardiff’s most prestigious student accommodations.

The accommodation is in an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from the universities and 2–3 minutes from the city centre. Supermarkets are also only about 2 minutes away, making it easy to access both campus and everything the city has to offer.

The room is fully furnished and offers a comfortable living space. It includes a double bed, private en-suite bathroom, study desk, TV, microwave, and oven. The shared kitchen is modern and well-equipped.

Vita Student also offers a wide range of facilities, including a free gym, dance studio, games room, quiet study spaces, and regular social events. There is also a Turkish restaurant located on the ground floor of the building.
