Bright Double Room in Cardiff City Centre

I'm looking for a friendly, respectful housemate to share my lovely home in Cardiff.

The room is a bright and comfortable double bedroom in a quiet house, just a short walk from the city centre with excellent public transport links, shops, cafés and parks nearby.
The room has a double bed, a large mirror and a small side table, built in bookcase. There is room to add a chest of drawers or a desk. All bills included in the price.

You'll have access to fully equipped kitchen, shared bathroom, comfortable living and dining area, fast Wi-Fi, garden.

There is on-street parking on one of the side street or you can apply for a parking permit

This is my home rather than a rental property, so there are personal touches throughout, but I want whoever moves in to feel completely at home too. The house went through a renovation so there are a couple of unfinished corners (work in progress).

I mostly work from home and am often out during evenings and weekends, so it's generally a calm, relaxed place to live.

I'm looking for someone who is clean, considerate and easy-going. I'd love to live with someone who enjoys a chat over a cup of tea or a glass of wine now and then, while also respecting each other's space and independence.

The room would suit a professional looking for a peaceful, friendly home rather than a party house. The room is available from mid August.
