It is a single bed room with a single bed however there is loads of room for anyone who wants to make the room feel more homely. there is shops and bus stop near by and around 10 mins bus ride into the city centre. Apart from myself there is no other people who will be here. Reason for my preferences being female is I feel more comfortable living with a female then I would do with a male as I’m used to being the only male in the house
