Our housemate is moving out at the beginning of September so we are looking for a replacement! The room is a double and a good size - it will come with a bed frame and wardrobe and some drawers. The location is good, close to a couple of parks and coffee shops. The rent is £650 which includes the rent and bills. The bills can sometimes go up a little in winter, but only about £20 more generally.
Ideally looking for someone who works hybrid and is clean and tidy.
