Spacious Double Room Availiable in Pontcanna

Hiya, I am looking for two professional girls to move into a lovely house in Pontcanna. My current housemates are sadly leaving due to moving in with their partners/ friends.

A little about me, I work in the Arts and have a theatre background. I love wild swimming, theatre, yoga, reading and baking. I would love to find clean, respectful and like minded gals who could be friends and not just housemates.

The house is managed by a lovely private landlord who is very responsive and caring. Both rooms are partially furnished so you can either bring your own furniture, or there is a possibility to purchase (cheaply) some of the bits already here. Large living room and kitchen area with a nice garden, utility area and additional toilet to the main bathroom. There is also a small spare room great for storage or having guests stay.

The house is super spacious, in a great location nearby to both Pontcanna and Canton. Street parking is readily available and a second permit is also up for grabs if needed. 20 minute walk to town and 10 minute walk to Ninian Park station.

Bills aren't included but we usually spend about £620pcm total on both rent and bills!

There is some flexibility with the move in date - just ask for more info!
