Lumya Cardiff student tenancy takeover needed!!

My partner and I have had a major change in plans for this year, and now have two separate student accommodation flats in a cluster available for tenancy takeovers at Lumya Cardiff!

Each contract is 44wk, with first allowed move-in date on September 5, and final move-out date on July 9, 2027. They’re both £173 per week, which is a price we’d negotiated to be less than the standard £175 - £183 amount charged by Lumya directly on their website!!

Lumya is situated right by the city centre - just 10 minute walk away from Queen Street, and within walking distance of all universities in the area! They have a 24/7 gym in the building, high speed wifi up to 1000mbps, laundry rooms onsite, and plenty of places to study, work, and lounge around downstairs!
