Nice airy room on mardy street, grangetown in a tidy four bedroom house. Plenty of space, recently renivated and with a nice garden and access to a garage. Another spare room also accompanies this room that will be available upon my departure. Housemates are creative professionals and lovely to be around, both in their mid-late twenties. Really lovely house with lots of room, two bathrooms and a big shared lounge. Bills are very reasonable and the rent is cheap at 425pm! This room is perfect for a student or professional. Only moving as i am getting another place with my partner.
