I have a 2 bedroom house in Llandaff north, Cardiff. The house is in great condition perfectly situated next to a park, the Taf trail and a 5 minute walk from the train station in to town.

I am effectively living our currently, between work, travel and living with my long term partner. The house is ideal for either a couple or 2 friends wanting to live together.

It has 2 bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom. Downstairs there is a living / dining room adjacent to the kitchen. There is an extra living space downstairs that could be made into a double bedroom or used as a second living room. The house is mostly furnished.

I am flexible and happy to negotiate rent / bills if a couple want to take the whole house.
