Hi! We are Lauren (27) and Emily (29), looking for a new housemate to join our house in Birchgrove.

The house:

• 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom (one en-suite)
• Residential, quiet area close to Whitchurch Village and Rhiwbina.
• 1 bedroom on ground floor and 2 on second floor.
• Spacious double driveway
• Close to many supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl, Coop, One Stop are all within a 5-10 minute walk — large Tesco 10 min drive away!)
•Shared kitchen, living room, garden and extra space (pictured)
• Excellent links to the city centre and further out — 20 min bus journey

The room:

You’ll be taking the largest room in the house! It has built in wardrobes and bedside tables plus desk area, and an en-suite bathroom.

About us:

Hi, we are Lauren and Emily! We currently live in the house with our friend Amy who is leaving to live with her boyfriend.

I (Lauren, 27) work in a nursery. I love to cook and bake, watch true crime, all things arts and crafts and cosy nights in. After work you’ll find me in my pjs watching tv or reading.

Emily (29), works as a geologist. She loves to cook, read, knit, hunt fossils or tend to her many houseplants.

We are both very chatty and sociable, and would love someone who is the same so we can make the house a home — no room hermits please!

The boring stuff:

Rent: £520 a month
Bills: £200 ish extra a month ( that’s including council tax, water, wifi, and electric & gas)
Council tax band F
