Tenancy Takeover Cardiff, 5 Bed house, Heath area

We’re a group of 3rd-5th year students looking for a 5th student to join our house on New Zealand Road. We are made up of 3 medical students and an education student. We are a close knit group who enjoy nights out (usually at kings) and nights in, including baking nights, movie nights, board game nights and just yapping in general. We’re passionate about theatre and are involved with Healthcare Drama Society.
The house is a lovely, terraced house just outside of Cathays, about a 10–15-minute walk from heath campus and approximately 20-minute walk from Cardiff Uni main campus. There’s a Sainsbury’s local at the end of the road, and easy access to Whitchurch Road. The room is a top floor attic room with a small double bed, a desk and storage. There are 2 nice bathrooms, as well as a cozy living room and conservatory. There’s a washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher in the kitchen and 2 fridge/ freezers. We also have a garden at the back of the house with a small shed, perfect for bike storage or similar.
