2-bedroom terrace house, Pontcanna

This is a lovely house in one of the best parts of Cardiff, with two bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, and conservatory. It is a comfortable, well-lit house in an amazing location – meters away from the park and the top of Cathedral Road.
I’ve lived here for two years – my two friends are moving out, and I’m looking to find two new people to live in the house as I do not wish to move. The contract is rolling, but will likely last until next July when the owners are looking to sell.
I have a room in the garden at the rear of the property, so I don’t live in the house, although I use it for the living spaces. I am a 29-year-old PhD student, laid-back and friendly.
