Room for rent in shared house near Roath Park

Hi, I have a room available to rent in a shared house between Roath Park and Albany Road.
It is a warm, comfortable downstairs room with single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk. There is a small conservatory off the room.
The house is friendly and sociable but generally quiet, there is a shared living room with open fire, dining room, kitchen and bathroom as well as a garden which is good for barbecues (in the summer!) and a friendly cat!
All bills are included (council tax, water rates, electricity and gas) also includes high speed WiFi internet. There is full central heating, bath/shower, washing machine etc.
