The room is a good size furnished single room.

There is a shared lounge downstairs with 3 piece suite and Sky TV. Sky TV can also be supplied to the bedroom if tenant provides TV set. Broadband is available within the property.

There is a kitchen with usual amenities, e. g. washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave.

Separate dining room with table seating six.

The property comes with large back garden and patio area which is available for smokers. There is also lawn area to the front of the property. Smoking is allowed in the kitchen of the property only.

Property has a bathroom with walk in shower.

The house is gas centrally heated with hot water on demand.

Property is located a short distance from local shop, pub and take-away outlets. The bus stop is located 5 minutes from the property with routes into the Heath Hospital and centre of Cardiff.

The property is currently occupied by one male plus landlady.

Tenant is required to pay £300 bond at the start of the tenancy and rent is due each calendar month. The minimum tenancy is 1 month with 2 weeks notice then being required thereafter from the landlady or the tenant.
