There is full central heating and double glazing, and rooms have tilt and twist windows for emergency exit. There is also an enclosed sunny garden. Walking distance to town centre and easy access to local shops and facilities. Its an easy going friendly house with tenants who like an active life style, and good food, as well as good conversation. £395 pcm plus bills (about £85 pcm).
House has cable TV and fast broadband, and all rooms have min 3 sockets plus USB charging port.
Rent smart wales licenced landlord and house complies with all standards and regulations. Roath Park is just a few minutes up the road, and nearby Albany Rd has all the shops you need. Current tenants are all working young professionals and are great sociable company
The street is a mixture of permit and non-permit parking spaces, so its normally OK to park, but residents parking permit can be bought at reasonable rate. Definitely not a student / party house but a good sociable household.
Council tax band is E which works out at £37.15 pppm payable directly to the landlord.
