House is in quiet Llandaff North, 3 miles from city centre, near bike path, buses, trains and shops. Share bathroom with one other. Big garden, dining room, kitchen with dishwasher, freezers, washing machine. Don't apply unless you can get along with lively but adorable Lurcher pup. Bedding + duvet provided if needed, and all kitchen equipment is there to be shared. Rent includes everything - council tax, TV license, high speed WiFi, heating. Partners/kids/parents are welcome to stay over, so long as they don't move in! Single parent with child considered. Owner is professional woman, other tenant (M) works for British Gas. On street parking and undercover secure bike storage.
