Room to rent in a lovely house in Cathays!

We have a room available as housemate of four years is moving out.

We are looking for a friendly, sociable, tidy and professional person to fill this room from February until the end of June.

The house is a great location and within easy reach of the city centre, parks and the hospital.
The room has a double bed and other furnishings, there's an upstairs bathroom, 2 showers and 2 toilets, seperate kitchen, a dining room and a cosy sitting room which we often enjoy using together along with the garden!
